This was an internship with developer Ram Galindo in Bryan TX. He brought me on to help craft a vision that he could present to potential buyers, technical advisors,and the local P&Z.
I started out the process with an extensive round of sketches, after which I
created a Grasshopper script based on the sketch/idea that the developer saw as the most cohesive with his budget and vision. The script would build the majority of the models and could be flexed according to the shifting parameters of the project.
I also created the final site layout, and sales brochure for this approximately $250,000,000 development set to begin construction in 2021
